"After having purchased the book Wanderlust Deutschland, it took a few months until it finally appeared in the app and I could enter my code to get the content. I then went travelling, happy that the content of the book is available on my phone and I won't have to bring the heavy book along. Guess what: I'm on the road now and the app wants me to enter the code again. I was really impressed with the book, but after this experience I don't think I will buy a Kompass book ever again."

"Tolle Karten, schlechte App. Die Kompass-Karten sind ohne Zweifel mit die besten Wanderkarten überhaupt. Schade, dass weder Winterkarten verfügbar sind noch diese App richtig gepflegt wird. Sie ist technisch veraltet, bleibt permanent im Hintergrund laufen (auch ohne Nutzung). Bitte Kompass, nehmt Geld in die Hand und lasst die App komplett neu programmieren nach aktuellen Maßstäben. Update: Die App wird wieder gepflegt, aber UX/ Design kann stark verbessert werden. Sehr mühsam!"

"The new (end 2018) version drives me crazy. I have tried to download a map in the Pro Abo, but it doesn't work. And this for 9,99 Euro per quarter year... (rest deleted) Manche der beschriebenen Probleme haben sich gelöst. Kartenmanagement nicht intuitiv. Pro Abo 10.20 beendet. Vorher gekaufte Karten nicht mehr benutzbar! Man wird genötigt, die ProVersion zu abonnieren. 😒"
